Matters Needing Attention In Riveting Machine

The riveting machine can be divided into many types according to the structure type. There are sliding rail type and turntable type, but the principle is completely different. They are all set to move the workpiece to the riveting area, and then the rivet machine completes the riveting skills. Seven points to pay attention to for rivet machine:

①Clean up the rivet storage slot: remove the rivet storage slot and take out the remaining rivets to prevent the remaining rivets from becoming thick and turbid during subsequent production, which will cause damage to the riveted product; clean up with cotton cloth; reinstall it after cleaning.

②Clean up the funnel: unscrew the funnel fixing nut and remove the compression spring; take off the funnel, use a flat-blade screwdriver to clean up the remaining rivets in the funnel, and then wipe it with a cotton cloth to clean it and install it in the order of disassembly.

③Tidy up the guide rail: Pull the guide rail to block the remaining rivets in the guide rail to flow into the guide groove of the chuck mouth, press down the sliding frame to take out the remaining rivets from the chuck mouth; wipe the guide rail, chuck mouth and upper die rod with cotton cloth Clean.

④ Packing the lower mold base: Remove the protective cloth cover of the lower mold base, and clean up the remaining washers on the floating core needle.

⑤Clean up the rocker arm and the motor: first clean up the motor cover and then the belt reel and the belt reel protective cover; if the dust is not cleaned up in time, the motor will be hot and the motor will be damaged.

⑥ Peripheral cleaning: clean up the dirty surface of the machine. If the machine is not clean or has tape, you can wipe it with perfumed coke water.

⑦Trial: After the cleaning is completed, plug in the power source, turn on the power source to open the equipment, and check whether each part is working properly; then it can be put into production.
