Components Of Automatic Locking Screw Machine

The components of the automatic locking screw machine are roughly divided into the following four points:


1. Locking components: composed of electric batch, cylinder, guide rail, etc., used for screw locking;


2. Conveying components: It consists of two small assembly lines, which are used for the conveying of cooling fans and power boxes;


3. Positioning component: It is composed of special fixture and gap divider, which is used for product positioning;


4. Feeding components: used for automatic screw supply. The feeding mechanism is a part of the core of the automatic locking screw machine. The screws are screened and sent to the batch mouth in an orderly manner. This is the main task of the feeder and the main functions included. There are: incoming material screening, material shortage alarm, automatic feeding, counting display, etc.


The automatic locking screw machine can lock screws of different specifications at the same time. The operator only needs to put the product into the mold without repeatedly pressing the start button. Once locked, the machine will automatically remove the product.
